  • The facilities manager is responsible for managing the design, planning, construction and maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings and other facilities.
  • The position plans, budgets and schedules facility modifications, including estimates on equipment, labor materials and other related costs.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversees the coordination of building space allocation and layout, and facility expansion
  • Plans budgets and schedules facility modifications, including cost estimates.
  • Inspects construction and installation progress.
  • Initiates planned maintenance (PM) programs for a variety of equipment
  • Manages the receiving function
  • Manages preventive maintenance of facility equipment, including HVAC and other equipment
  • Oversees the parking program
  • Oversees the cleaning and maintenance of facility

  • You will work closely with process integration, module and device team to improve device performance and yield.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for MOCVD equipment installation, bring-up, operation and maintenance.

  • Perform characterization through various techniques (ECV, morphology scans etc.).

  • Implement process monitoring through SPC.
